Understanding Emergencies
Understanding Emergencies
While some dental emergencies are obvious, like knocked-out teeth and excessive bleeding, some are more subtle. As a general rule, we consider any oral issue that is causing you pain and that you cannot treat on your own to be a dental emergency. This includes cracked, chipped, or impacted teeth, as well as issues like serious toothaches and pulled-out dental work (such as fillings or crowns). If you still have a question about whether your issues is considered an emergency, don’t hesitate to call our team and discuss your situation. You can reach us at (401) 351-0072.
